API usage policy

API keys are non-transferable and tied to your account. You are responsible for key security and must rotate compromised keys immediately. Excessive abuse, scraping, or attempts to bypass limits may lead to key suspension.

Reserve Analytics may enforce quotas, plan-based entitlements, and overage billing on paid tiers. Breaking API changes will be versioned and announced in `/docs` changelog before enforcement.
